Customer Reviews

"Outstanding! We're visiting from Vegas and this is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I chose the birria tacos ala cart. My husband had chili verde burrito. Fresh, bold flavors. The green salsa could be sold on its own. Service was so friendly and the small-town prices make this so affordable. Can't wait to come back!"

"El Herradero is a Pocatello staple. They have always had some of the best Mexican food in SE Idaho. Just about anything you order from here will be top notch. Their spicy pork and carnitas tacos are amazing, I get them just about every time I go! I also love their spicy pork torta and their quesabirria. I have never had them mess up my order or anything for as long as I can remember which cannot be said for a lot of places you can get takeout from. Overall, their food and service is top tier."

"The food here is amazing. You won't be disappointed in the prices and service either."

"I usually get tacos here and I love them. Tonight I got the Chile Verdi burrito to go. It was tasty and nice portion sizes. I will most likely have some for leftovers. The pork chunks are a nice size and the green sauce is just spicy enough. They gave me extra if I wanted to put more on it. PS. I also like getting their horchata which is mildly flavored and sweet."

- Kapra C.

"No rice or beans in the breakfast burrito. They don't have any vegetables to add to anything except tomatoes and lettuce. Without cheese or cream it was pretty bland. (Can't eat dairy.) Also... no napkins? Am I supposed to wipe my hands on my shirt?"
